Responsibilities:

- It is your responsibility to master the art of sales with free warm leads provided to you by the company at no cost.

- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand clients' goals and recommend suitable life insurance products.

- Explain policy features, benefits, and options to clients and assist them in selecting the right coverage.

- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Meet and exceed your personal sales commitments to maximize earnings potential and the opportunity.

Requirements:

-Working Laptop and smartphone and access to reliable wifi.

- Strong discipline and self-motivation to drive personal success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Sales experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

- Must be willing to put in the effort and dedication required to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
